After his study as a mechanical engineer Edwin started out in the installation business. That lasted about 2 years before he took a new challenge in designing configurations of and selling hydraulic cranes and container lifting systems on trucks.
Four years later the opportunity came to start working internationally in the Horticultural business at a company which produces logistical growing systems in greenhouses. Together with the grower Edwin designed the logistics in their greenhouse and engineered the right system for him to grow his plants in. Most of his customers where in the western and south part of Europe.
Being in the horticultural business for about 13 years, he was asked in 2014 to come over to Germany to bring his knowledge to the German market, also took up the art of irrigation and fertigation. That same year another adventure started and that was the professional cannabis industry in America and Canada. In 5 years he had built a nice market share in North America cannabis business. Simultaneously he also worked in the Swiss and Austrian Cannabis/CBD market.
After those 5 years he went back to Holland and opened up his own company Inno-grow B.V. and started to supply benching, irrigation , fertigation, lighting, ventilation etc. to mainly the Swiss CBD market and some to the Austrian market. Those last years made him an all-round horticultural and Indoor grow room expert.
